VICE PRESIDENT/PRIME MINISTER KHALED BAHAH MEETS NEW CANADIAN PRIME MINISTER JUSTIN TRUDEAU IN PARIS

Vice President/ Prime Minister, Khaled Bahah was among the group convened at the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris on November 30, 2015.

During the conference he had the opportunity to meet with Canada’s new Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The last time the two gentlemen met was in Ottawa when Mr Trudeau was leader of the Liberal Party and Khaled Bahah was Yemen’s Ambassador to Canada.

Prime Minister Bahah extended his congratulations to Mr Trudeau on his recent political victory, expressing his hopes that the new government would build upon the great relationship that exists between the two countries and continue to extend Canada’s loyal support.
